Started by Maddie & Morgan Manning, the Bundle Up Club is a non-profit organization on a mission to make a difference in the world by providing hand-made blankets, hats, scarves, and other goods to those in need.
Maddie & Morgan want people to know they’re valuable; they want them to feel loved. They want the homeless, the needy, the less-fortunate, the forgotten to know they are worth the investment of their time and effort and work and thoughts and prayers.
It's a cold world outside - let's blanket them in His love.

Project Naachi'

Greetings, Bundle Up-ers!!

We're so excited to announce that our project for 2018 is now officially under way!!
As you know, we are making blankets for the kids who are in foster care in the Chickasaw Nation Child Welfare Service. We're calling this endeavor Project Naachi' (naachi' is the Chickasaw word for blanket).

Today, our contact at the Chickasaw Nation department of Child Welfare Services emailed us a list of the favorite characters, colors, etc. of the children. We so appreciate her help and diligence and compiling all of this information for us! We wanted to be sure that each child receives a blanket that is something he/she really likes so it will be a more personal, meaningful gift.

Now that we have that information, it's time to get to work, and as always, we need your help! We have 57 children to make blankets for, and we are in need of people willing to sponsor a child by purchasing the fleece for his/her blanket. We will also need help making the blankets.

So, if you are interested in helping support this cause, please reach out to us. We can give you the age of a little boy or girl and a list of the colors and types of things they like so that you can purchase fleece and make the blanket, or purchase the fleece and send it to us to make.

As a reminder, each blanket requires 4 yards of material (two 2-yard pieces).

Also, if you don't know how to make the blankets but are interested in learning, let us know and we will teach you. If you're beyond our neck of the woods, we can send you the link to a tutorial.

Thanks in advance for all of your help! We are so excited to be able to give to these kids. We want them to know they are thought of and loved!

Our deadline for Project Naachi' is Monday, April 30th. All blankets need to be turned in by this date so that we can sort and label them for distribution.
